SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx for all orders shipping to locations within the United States. Pending credit verification, please allow 2-10 business days for order processing as orders are shipped out business working days of Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your product order within 7-10 days after your order has been prepared and shipped. We do our best to expedite any candle or wax shipments trying to avoid melting as much as possible.

Shipping fees include the cost of packing materials, and all orders are packed with extreme care to ensure safe arrival at your home. Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages if addresses are entered incorrectly. We are unable to reroute shipments if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.

Please pick up your orders from the mailbox or porch as soon as possible to avoid hot temperatures melting any candle or wax products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I apologize, as we currently do not offer international shipping at this time. We plan on expanding outside the US in the future.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If you simply do not like the unused product, you can return it in its original packaging at your expense. The merchandise will be refunded, minus shipping. We do not refund burned or used products or merchandise. However, we will replace or refund candles that were damaged during shipment, only if photographic proof of damages are submitted to Noble Soul Wax Company within 14 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be done only on unused unpackaged items and return completed within 14 days of sale. Sculptured Candles cannot be returned. These pieces are made to order and the wax sculptures on the top of the candles are delicate and having shipped once already, pose a risk as they can be easily damaged on its the way back to us.

All sale products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
